James F. Blasting
James F. Blasting, PG is a Professional Geologist with Bachelors and Masters Degrees and over 30 years of professional experience in delivering sustainable, cost-effective solutions to meet the environmental management objectives of a diverse client base. He has strategized, designed and implemented projects involving large-scale, multinational mergers and acquisitions; complex redevelopment of environmentally distressed properties; environmental compliance programs involving federal, state and local regulatory requirements; site investigation and remediation related to a wide array of contaminants on behalf of single companies and large PRP groups; turnkey site redevelopment under various state Brownfield Cleanup programs; and expert support of litigation and cost allocation negotiations. His technical expertise includes hydrogeology, hazardous waste site investigation and remediation, contaminant fate and transport, risk-based corrective action, site restoration, innovative remedial technologies, engineering geology, mining and construction. Jim also has unique experience in environmental risk management and risk finance, including complete liability transfer solutions.

Alexis Martin
Alexis Martin has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from The State University at Albany and extensive experience in environmental, health and safety regulatory compliance and risk management for the manufacturing and heavy highway construction business sectors. Alexis has a sound knowledge of the state and federal regulatory process and has experience developing SPCC, FRP, SPR, SWPPP and other plans necessitated by the various regulatory agencies. She has developed and implemented Federal and State regulatory compliance programs pertaining to air, water, hazardous waste, municipal waste, bulk storage and spill prevention. Alexis has experience conducting emergency response drills according to the National Preparedness for Response Exercise Program (PREP) and has coordinated emergency response hazmat cleanup activities as a first responder for petroleum spills. Additionally, Alexis has extensive experience in environmental site assessment and remediation, including conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II site characterization, site investigations, and remediation programs under various State and Federal programs.
